Services Offered: Classroom instruction in adult basic education and GED preparation. External Diploma Program (EDP) provider for Baltimore City. One-on one tutoring for non-readers. Tutor training for volunteer tutors. Also offer Community Technology Classes (CTC) for adults who need basic computer literacy.
